- Best Answer: Heavier or bulk items cost more for us to deliver. We do operate on a £5 delivery charge, but if an item on an order is classed as bulky or oversize, the delivery is re-calculated at the checkout point. Volume can also effect delivery cost even if the item is light. Please see our delivery information page from the customer service section of this site for more information.
