When you place an order on line you will see an order confirmation screen giving you your order number. Please make a note of this number for your records.
Within a few minutes of placing your order you will automatically be sent an email with your order number confirming that your order is in the system.
Once your order has been processed you will receive another email confirming your order has been processed and, if necessary, informing you of any issues relating to your order ie. Item out of stock or substitute item.
At point of dispatch you will receive an email giving your parcel number together with a link to the couriers website to enable you to check the progress of your order.
You can monitor the progress of your order on line at any time by logging on and checking your order details.
