We will advise you when ordering if an item is out of stock. Due to our huge range we sincerely regret that we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items but we are proud of the fact we are able to satisfy over 95% of all orders first time. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock, we will notify you.

When comparing prices, we urge you to compare the quality of the products on offer. It pays to remember the old adage, penny wise, pound foolish! And remember, there are no hidden extras, all our prices include VAT and you will be advised of the delivery charge when you place your order either at the checkout stage online or on the phone.

Same Day Dispatch
All orders received by 2.00pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day subject to availability and cleared payment. Please see our delivery information.

Order Tracking
When you place an order on line you will see an order confirmation screen giving you your order number. Please make a note of this number for your records.

After placing your order you will automatically be sent an email with your order number confirming that your order is in the system.

Once your order has been processed you will receive another email confirming your order has been processed and, if necessary, informing you of any issues relating to your order for example item out of stock.

At point of dispatch you will receive an email giving your parcel number together with a link to the couriers’ website, if a courier was used, to enable you to check the progress of your order.

You can monitor the progress of your order on line at any time by logging on and checking your order details.
